What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-4 days production time (for weekend & holidays when the factory is closed) for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-7 business days.
Tracking numbers will be sent after we process your order IF you put a valid email address when you checkout. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at jadefood18@gmail.com.

Can you ship to California?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to the State of California due to Proposition 65.  We apologize for any conveniences this may cause.  

Can I purchase and resell in California?
No, JADE FOOD does not allow for the resale or distribution of Jade Food Products purchased on this website to residents of California.  All products are labeled "This product is not labelled for sale in California."   Jade Food will not be held liable for any violation or misuse of Jade Food product resold without the explicit authorization from Jade Food.



I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Everything on our site is final sale especially as we are dealing with food and COVID-19. Mahalo for understanding.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.  Email jadefood18@gmail.com or call us 808-678-8886

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, please let us know asap either via email or phone (jadefood18@gmail.com / 808-678-8886). If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.  The postal system doesn't like apostrophe's  = Kapa'a doesn't work.  Kapaa does.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time is dependent on the carrier.  Usually the product will get there withing 3-5 business days after we fulfill the mail the order.  Due to COVID we are experiencing longer shipping times. Thank you for your patience.
