Shipping policy

Our business days are Monday-Friday and we usually ship orders out within 4-5 business days of receiving them.  Many items are made/packed to order to ensure ultimate freshness.      

During the summer months, hot temperatures may affect some of our candy products.  Gummy candies may melt in transit during the summer months.  Please shop at your own risk, we will not be responsible for an order if it does not arrive as expected due to heat damage.  

If the package(s) is returned to Jade because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the seller will refund for the order excluding shipping.  Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned packages.  

If the package is lost or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refunds will be made.  Please make sure your address is correct prior to checking out.  If you notice that your address is incorrect after checking out, please contact us at jadefood18@gmail.com as soon as possible and we would be happy to correct it for you.  Once the order ships out, we are unable to make changes to your delivery address.   If the buyer still wants the item, they can reorder with the correct shipping information.

Please be patient and allow for potential delays.  With an increase of packages circulating in the mail system, delays can and will occur from time to time.   We will try our best to assist you in finding delayed packages, however, please remember that we are unable to control packages once they are picked up by USPS or FedEx.  

We ship to anywhere within the United States including Military APO address and Guam.  We are currently unable to ship to the State the California due to Proposition 65 regulations.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at jadefood18@gmail.com
