Refund policy

Allowable returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.   Defective items may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt.  Jade Food Products, Inc. will send a return label to ship the defective items back for a replacement or refund.  

For safety and sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer returns or refund for personal taste preferences.  Mahalo for your understanding.
