Want to pick up in person?
You guys asked, we finally have an answer!  Please read carefully.

To pick up in store:
1. Add your items as usual to your cart and click "Checkout". 

2. Type in your address information.   Please note that you must use a Hawaii based address to see the pickup option.   If you are just visiting the islands, please type in the address you will be staying at (Hotel or family member's address).   

3. Select "Warehouse Pickup" as your shipping option.   If your order is less than $85.00 you will be charged shipping.   Do not worry, we will refund you for the shipping amount when order is successfully picked up.   

4.  Once your order is ready for pickup, we will email you that your order is ready for pick up and coordinate a time for you to come by.  Note that our office is small so scheduling a time for pickup is required to ensure that someone is available in the office during the pickup time.  PLEASE DO NOT COME BEFORE WE HAVE FULFILLED YOUR ORDER.  Our seeds are freshly packed when ordered so please allow us time to get your order ready!

5. Our pickup hours are usually between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.  Once your order is picked up, the shipping charges will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used to pay for your order.  

6. If you do not pick up your order within a week of the pickup notification AND have not made prior arrangements to pick it up at a later date, we will ship your order to the shipping address you provided during checkout.  In this case, the shipping charge will be used to ship your order, and you will not be refunded for the shipping charges.
